Vanek Beats The Horn To Tie It

The Canadiens took a 4-2 lead over the Sabres into the final 12 minutes of regulation. Then Thomas Vanek struck for Buffalo...twice.

After bringing the Sabres within one with his goal at the 7:57 mark of the third period, Vanek scored his second of the period and his NHL-leading 10th of the season to tie the game with one second left on the clock.
